The QUBE group maintains high ethical standards in its relations with both Group employees and third parties. For that reason we have signed a Code of Ethics which develops the standards of conduct to be applied to our business and work, irrespective of where these are carried out, and reflects our commitment to business ethics, obliging us to behave ethically, honourably and honestly through good corporate governance and transparency.
To ensure the full and correct effectiveness of the Code of Ethics, an Internal Information System has been implemented . A tool made available to employees and third parties who collaborate with the QUBE group, in order to report any contrary or irregular conduct that occurs within the group or any of its member companies.
The suppliers, subcontractors, customers and third parties in legal relationships with the Group are bound by the principles of the code to the degree that it applies to them.
